Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier service and unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD fee may apply (visible at checkout).
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding Kriva worldwide soon!

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
Kriva is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
